Space
A 10
foot booth space is available for $50.00 for the entire weekend.
A vendor page will include a listing of all vendors at the
show.
Raffle
Raffle
items will include a business card on the item donated and a listing
in the program on the Raffle Donor Page.
Please send your business card for the program by the
deadline and let us know you are bringing a raffle item.
Auction
We will
have an auction at the Banquet/Meeting on Saturday night.

After
the Challenge Wine & Cheese Party
We will
be hosting a wine and cheese party after the National Challenge on
Friday evening and featuring regional wines and goat cheese.
Those donating items of wine and cheese for the party will be
listed on a banner during the party.

Banners can be made with logo, farm, in memory of /support of
, club logos. If you cannot attend, the banner can be mailed
at the end of the show.
Cost is same for black & white and color.
Please send your own artwork/logo, business card or reference website for creating the design or electronic attachments.
There will be proofs made so that for approval before printing. These are quality banners, indoor vinyl (10oz) with 4 grommets, and are 3' x 1.6' .
Cost is $45.
Deadline for submission of orders is Mon. Apr. 16,2012. But those
arriving much sooner will be greatly appreciated!
Payment: mail checks with instructions and email me if sending electronic
attachments.
